Let’s start the year with some good news !

With a little bit of delay (end of year rush, Christmas time, …and many more excuses !) we are proud to announce that Poken has been awarded the well-known Prix Stratégis, the main business strategy prize in the french-speaking part of Switzerland.  Poken was selected from amongst 3 highly qualified finalists chosen from a pool of 31 start-up companies and won 50.000 CHF as well as some other nice prizes such as an Ebel watch and a laptop! The “Prix Stratégis” was founded in 1993, to reward the management of a small to medium size business in Swiss Romande. The organizers wish to set up the winning company as an example for entrepreneurs, business school students and other companies.

As you may guess, it is a real honor for us to win this prize, selected by a large panel of judges holding many prominent positions in industry. It is also a confirmation that over the last 3 years we made the right decisions with a strategic positioning of our services as the market anticipates the arrival of NFC.

The award confirmed Poken’s potential for strong growth and reflects its achievements so far. That’s exactly what make us think that 2011 is going to be more than promising… it’s going to be EXPLOSIVE !
