Termination of Joint Venture discussions

LAUSANNE, Switzerland – February 1, 2010 – Poken Holding AG (“POKEN”), announced today that its discussions with a contract partner relating to a possible Joint Venture and exclusive marketing rights to develop the North American market had come to an end. Poken will resume with immediate effect its prior market development activities in the US by contracting Authorized Resellers.
