High Four! Poken wins TechCrunch Europe Award
On Thursday 9th July, the inaugural TechCrunch Europe Awards 2009 for the best European and EMEA tech companies were held in London, UK.
Renate from Poken was there to collect the trophy for Best Real World Device / Gadget. Yay! We did it!
For these awards, over 400 entrants were voted on by the industry and the results merged with those from 19 expert advisors from across Europe. In our category, the other finalists were Fon, INQ Mobile, Modu and My Name Is E.
We’re extremely excited about being recognized as ‘Best in our Class’ so soon after launching in December 2008. We’ve had a crazy ride… Six months on we have sales in 25 countries, and are just getting started!
A special thanks to our awesome Affiliates, Promoters and Fans who live the Poken Spirit every day. You just gotta have Faith….
